Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) tomato sauce
- 60 g (4 tablespoons) mature Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 pepperoni slices
Garnish
- A handful of micro herbs
Method
- Place the tortilla in a hot frying pan that has a lid, and cook for 1 minute on the one side. Do not put on the lid. Turn over the tortilla. Using the back of a spoon or spatula, spread the tomato sauce onto this other side.
- Sprinkle with cheese and place the pepperoni slices on top. Now place the lid on and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Allow the residual heat to melt the cheese.
- Slide the tortilla pizza onto a plate and top with the micro herbs. Cut into slices. Now enjoy serving a delicious cheat pizza cooked in under 5 minutes and quicker than any of your kids could say, ‘Mom, I feel like having pizza, please!’ Supermoms do exist, and you’re one of them!
